Our administrative team is currently initializing your clinical file within the laboratory network. Within the next 48–72 hours, you will receive an email from our practice containing your official LabCorp Electronic Requisition Form.
Action Required: Print this digital form or save it directly to your mobile device.
2. Complete Your Blood Draw
Locate your nearest premier LabCorp facility. You do not need an appointment, though scheduling one online can expedite your visit. Walk in, present your printed requisition form and a photo ID, and complete your draw.
Note: There are no additional fees or co-pays due at the facility. Your lab costs are 100% covered by your initial investment today.
Crucial Prep: You must fast for a full 12 hours prior to your blood draw (water is encouraged). We highly recommend scheduling your draw for early in the morning to minimize performance disruption.
3. Schedule Your Architecture Session
While your biomarkers are routing to the lab, let's get your strategic review on the calendar. Use the private scheduling portal below to secure your 45-minute consultation.
Timeline: Please book your session at least 7 business days from today to ensure your raw data has fully processed and your Functional Health Report is generated.
